The world of energy increasingly needs professionals with a multidisciplinary background and awareness of environmental issues in order to catch new opportunities and develop a fruitful dialogue between the involved stakeholders.
The pivotal project of Energy for Talents is our Master in Energy Resources Management that SAFE has been organising for over 20 years: high professional and multidisciplinary training, a great opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with key representatives of public institutions, private sector, and the academic world.
At the end of our Master’s program, the placement rate is over 95% in professional sectors such as: project management, energy management, marketing and communication, institutional and regulatory affairs, energy trading, business development, strategic consulting.

Delivery Mode
The unique teaching method of energy resources management and the ongoing professional updating are guaranteed by the synergic involvement of multiple players such as institutions, companies, financial operators, trade associations, media, academia and research centers.
Direct interaction with the main leaders of the energetic and environmental fields to elaborate on the knowledge and confront on current issues, through face-to-face lessons, business game and practical exercises.
Our participants, organised in teams, are assigned to identify an innovative idea with the aim of presenting a new investment opportunity and drawing up a business plan, illustrating the distinctive factors, defining the investment strategy, and showing the technical and economic-financial results.
Participation in events of scientific study organized by the main companies and associations in the fields as well as tangible opportunities for targeted networks.
Our Project Works are set as technical, strategic, regulatory, and economic studies and initiatives created as well as developed in collaboration with our partners and the SAFE Study Centre.
Specific occasions with managers and experts, in which all participants are active players, sharing experiences and proposing ideas and solutions.
Organized days at companies and institutions locations to allow students to get to know from the inside, through direct confrontation with managers, the realities operating in the sector and discussing professionals opportunities with HR managers.
Visits to the main research centers, industrial sites and plants related to the energetic field and environmental services in Italy.
Meetings with Top Management
The Master’s program is enriched by meetings with the top managers, head hunters and HR managers of the main companies of energetic and environmental field.

Selection
The course is reserved for a maximum of 30 participants with a master degree obtained at an Italian or foreign university in the following disciplines: economics, engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, statistics, geology, law, political science.
Good knowledge of the English language is requested.
The selection process starts with the online filling of the admission request and continues with the CV evaluation and, if positive, a telephone interview; the suitable candidates will be invited to selection days in which the project will be presented in details and there will be individual interview sessions.
Enrollment and Fee
The tuition fee is € 18.500.
The admission entitles participants to a scholarship of € 12.000, financed by SAFE partner firms; only the residual balance of € 6.500 will be settled by the admitted participant.
Travel costs, accommodation expenses and meals are covered by participants.
