Analysis and Mapping of Wind Farms in Italy and Support for Business Development
The project involved mapping and classifying wind farms in Italy, with the aim of creating a comprehensive database (technical data on the plants and evaluation of the owners through business intelligence activities) that could be used as an effective tool for pre-evaluating potential projects of interest for acquisition purposes.
Territorial Stakeholder Engagement: Strategies to Involve Communities
For a major client operating in the development of energy assets, the strategic priorities for launching new projects were clear: simplify the authorization process and, at the same time, create tangible value for the territories and communities involved. SAFE supported this client in defining an end-to-end stakeholder engagement strategy, from the design to the execution of plans in the local area, including the monitoring and maintenance of commitments made between the client, institutions, and the local area.
