The course is intended for Managers, Business Unit Heads, Project Managers, Area Managers, Department Heads, and Professionals.
Duration
3 months full-time. The course takes place between May and June and includes 8 training workshops (each lasting 3 hours) and 4 AperiLeader sessions with outstanding keynote speakers.
Delivery Mode
The program is delivered in hybrid mode, with an in-person Kick-off followed by Digital Live Workshops.
Blended Format
2 months of online training via Zoom platform and 3 months of in-person sessions at Tiempo Business Center Conference Hall, Via Leone XIII, 95 – Rome.
