Target Audience

Recent graduates and professionals (with work experience), up to 25 participants, holding a second-level degree from Italian or foreign universities.

Duration

5 months full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Period

February – June 2026.

Blended Format:

2 months of online training via an e-learning platform and 3 months of in-person sessions at the Tiempo Business Center, Via Leone XIII, 95 – Rome.

Costs and Scholarship

The total cost of the Master is €18,500 per participant. By applying now, you can access a scholarship of €12,000 funded by our partner companies. The final fee to be paid by the participant is €6,500.

Curriculum Vitae Evaluation

Once received, our selection team will evaluate your CV. This phase examines educational background, skills acquired, and other relevant elements to determine candidate suitability.

Preliminary Interview

The preliminary interview aims to explore aspects of the CV and assess the candidate’s motivation and interest.

In-Depth and Motivational Interview

Candidates will undergo an individual interview to present their educational path, acquired skills, professional goals, and motivations for participating in the Master. This meeting with recruiters is also an opportunity to discuss the program structure, contents, and opportunities in detail.

Final Outcome

At the end of the selection process, candidates will receive official communication regarding the result of their application. Those admitted to the SAFE Master will be guided through the next steps for enrollment and preparation for the course start.
